Many schools have different levels of sports teams you can join. Just ask around!
Many towns and communities have sports leagues you can join. You can usually find more information on your town’s website.
Before you sign up for anything, be sure to discuss it with your parents!
Start with small goals and build them up slowly. This way, you won’t be completely worn out after the first time you exercise.
You can watch yourself become more and more fit. Who knows? Maybe physical activity will become a new healthy habit for you.
Hate is a harsh word – perhaps you don’t like the feeling you get when doing physical activity or exercise.

Keep it up! And no cheating – be sure you aren’t counting raising your hand in class as part of your daily exercise routine.
People spend their time doing what they find important. Getting enough exercise is a choice we make!
Remember, you can increase your physical activity by making different choices in the things you are already doing (e.g., walking instead of driving, taking the stairs instead of the elevator).
Walking between classes is a good start. But unless you’re going to classes in different cities, that’s not enough exercise!
Exercising when you don’t feel well can be challenging – but it’s not impossible!
Exercise is actually good for tension-type headaches. You should avoid high-impact activities if you have a headache. However, the distraction and the endorphins released by brisk walking (or other low-impact activities) can actually help your headache.
If you have a migraine, taking a break from exercise makes total sense. BUT… the day after the migraine, you can start again.
